1. The products

Ziggroll© Software sells software licences for Ziggroll© V4 ( DTF Roll Printing ) and Ziggroll© SubliPhoto (photo & sublimation paper-roll printing). Both are Windows applications (Windows 10/11) delivered digitally — nothing is shipped physically.

2. Licence grant

• A standard licence covers 1 user on 1 PC. The Ziggroll© SubliPhoto 5-PC lifetime tier covers up to 5 PCs owned by the same business.
• Lifetime licences are a one-time payment and remain valid indefinitely for the version you buy, including bug-fix updates for that version. New feature versions are not included.
• The Ziggroll© SubliPhoto subscription covers the first year at the price shown at checkout and renews at USD 15 per year. It includes every new version while active and keeps your same licence key on renewal. If it lapses, the software stops working until renewed.

3. Activation & licence transfer

• Licences activate online with the key we send you. Ziggroll© SubliPhoto verifies its licence online and continues working up to 72 hours offline; after that it pauses until the PC reconnects.
• Ziggroll© V4 is a PC-bound licence. It locks to the computer it is activated on and cannot be modified, transferred or cancelled once generated. No hardware change is allowed after activation — changing the PC or its core hardware invalidates the licence and a new licence must be purchased.
• Ziggroll© SubliPhoto licences may be detached from one computer and activated on another up to two times self-serve; further transfers are reset by our support team on request.

4. Requirements & compatibility

• DTF printing in Ziggroll© V4 ( DTF Roll Printing ) requires AcroRIP version 11 or lower, purchased separately.
• Ziggroll© SubliPhoto supports unmodified Epson L8050, L18050, L8180/ET-8550, L110 and L130 printers only. Printers with hardware modifications or in an error state are not supported.
• Check the compatibility chart on the product page before buying. Purchases made for unsupported printers are not a delivery failure.

5. Delivery

Your licence key and download link are sent to your PayPal email address (and WhatsApp if provided) after payment — normally instantly, and always within 24 hours.

6. Fair use — what you may not do

• No sharing, reselling or renting licence keys.
• No decompiling, reverse-engineering or patching the software.
• We provide no support for cracked or pirated copies, and licences obtained outside our official stores (dtgdtf.com, ziggroll.com) may be deactivated without refund.

7. Support

Free support is available on WhatsApp (+91 96999 98080) and email. Optional guided installation by video call or remote access is a paid service at USD 10 per hour.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is". We warrant it will perform as described on supported, unmodified printers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. We are not liable for consumables, media, printer wear or lost production time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
