Refund Policy

Digital products

Ziggroll© V4 ( DTF Roll Printing ) and Ziggroll© SubliPhoto are digital software licences delivered instantly. Because a delivered key cannot be "returned", all sales are final once the licence key has been sent — with the exceptions below.

You get a full refund if

• Your licence key is not delivered within 24 hours of payment and we cannot deliver it after you contact us; or
• The software fails to activate or run on a supported, unmodified printer listed in the compatibility chart, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days of your report.

Not eligible for refund

• Purchases for printers not on the compatibility chart, or printers with hardware modifications or error states.
• For Ziggroll© V4 DTF use: not owning AcroRIP 11 or lower (it is a separate, required product).
• Change of mind after the key is delivered.

Subscriptions

The Ziggroll© SubliPhoto yearly subscription can be cancelled any time — you keep access until the end of the paid year; part-years are not refunded pro-rata.

How to claim

Message us on WhatsApp +91 96999 98080 or email creativenavimumbai@gmail.com with your PayPal order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method within 7 business days.

Chargebacks

Raising a PayPal dispute or chargeback without contacting support first may result in the licence being deactivated while the dispute is open.
