1. What we collect

Purchase details — your name, email address and country, received from PayPal when you buy a licence.
Contact details — your WhatsApp number and messages if you contact us for support.
Licence data — a machine identifier for each PC a licence is activated on, used solely to enforce the per-PC licence limit.

2. What we never collect

Payments are processed entirely by PayPal. Your card number, bank details and PayPal password never reach us or our servers.

3. How we use your data

To deliver your licence key and download link.
To provide support and verify your licence when you contact us.
To send occasional product updates about the software you bought. You can opt out any time by replying "stop".

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: PayPal (payments), our hosting provider, and WhatsApp/email providers used for delivery and support.

We also share limited data with advertising platforms to measure and improve our advertising: hashed email addresses and purchase details may be shared with Google (Customer Match, Google Ads conversion measurement) and Meta (advertising audiences and conversion measurement). These platforms act as our service providers for ad delivery and measurement; the data is used to show relevant ads and to avoid showing ads to existing customers. You can opt out of this sharing at any time by emailing us at creativenavimumbai@gmail.com.

5. Cookies & embeds

This site uses advertising and analytics cookies set via Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta, which help us measure visits, conversions and ad performance. Embedded YouTube videos and the PayPal checkout may also set their own cookies, governed by Google's and PayPal's privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works without them.

6. Retention & your rights

Purchase and licence records are kept for as long as your licence is valid, and as required by Indian tax law. To access, correct or delete your data, contact creativenavimumbai@gmail.com — we respond within 7 days.
