Can I get a refund on the software?
No. Software licences are non-refundable and non-transferable. You can review live demos on our YouTube channel and ask any question on WhatsApp before purchasing. Once a licence is generated against your PayPal account it cannot be modified or moved. See the full refund policy.
Is the licence tied to my PC? Can I change hardware later?
Yes — Ziggroll© V4 is a PC-bound licence. It locks to the computer it is activated on. No hardware change is allowed after activation: changing the PC, motherboard or other core hardware invalidates the licence and a new licence must be purchased. Choose the PC you activate on carefully.
How do I activate Ziggroll© V4?
Step 1: Purchase the software using PayPal.

Step 3: If purchased during working hours (10 AM – 7 PM IST), the download link + activation key arrive within 1–2 hours. Purchases outside working hours are processed the next working session.

Which printers is Ziggroll© V4 compatible with?
Ziggroll© V4 is dedicated for DTF. You can use it with all printers compatible with AcroRIP (version 11 or lower). The full compatibility chart is on the product page. For pre-sale clarification, reach out on WhatsApp before purchasing.
Why is delivery taking 1–24 hours?
Licences are generated manually by our team, tied to your PayPal account, to prevent leaks and unauthorised resale. Due to time-zone differences and working hours, delivery can take 1–24 hours after purchase. Most go out within 1–2 hours during working hours.
Why pay for software when there are converted printer solutions?
Converted printers will always have limitations. Dedicated roll setups have many advanced options (forward & reverse feed, for example), and per-print production cost on dedicated DTF / sublimation printers will always be lower than converted setups over the long run.
Are software updates free? Can I upgrade later?
Same-version updates (e.g. V4 → V4.2) are free and work with your existing licence — they ship bug fixes and add support for new printer models.

Upgrades to a new version are chargeable. Existing users can upgrade at 50% off the regular price, provided the upgrade is purchased from the same PayPal account.
